OK, on to today’s specials.

There’s a question I get very often, usually from founders that are just about to kick off a raise. It goes something like:

“I think the deck is finally done. Can you tell me if I'm missing anything?”

Now, you may say - that’s a perfectly reasonable question, right?

It turns out the truth is a bit more nuanced, and in a way that may be counterintuitive.

Today I’d like to walk through why that’s actually the wrong question to ask, and a framework that you can use in its place that may be a lot more productive.

It’s the same framework we’ll continue building on in Tuesday’s workshop, so think of today as a mental warmup, or a nutritional appetitizer 🙂
